What it costs so far

Ranges are dated design-stage evidence, not a quote. Nested items are not summed into a retail price, and unpriced assemblies stay visibly unpriced.

The base build

$2,690–3,110

Materials for the base frame, skin, floor and door, at October 16, 2026 retail prices before tax and shipping. It is a structure, not yet a towable trailer: the deck, mounts, metal hull, insulation, windows, power, plumbing, interior and labor are separate. It was priced on the earlier 10 ft section with straight battens; the taller section's extra frame and the curved lath, spacers and crescent fill are not yet included.
